Position Description:
This well respected, Galleria area CPA firm client is seeking to add an audit senior to their already strong team of auditors. This firm audits a variety of for profit and non profit entities. This company boasts a large variety in work and offers many opportunities for advancement. At the same time, this firm is financially strong and able to provide an unusually good work/life balance, which is uncommon in the public accounting world. These auditors will perform audit work for a wide variety of clients. This firm has solid, sustained growth, and has a wide variety of clients. Most of their audit clients are headquartered in Houston, so the auditors do not have much, if any out of town travel. They do prefer a CPA or someone pursuing certification.
Job Requirements:
*The firm prefers someone out of a medium or small public accounting firm. *4 year accounting degree required, Masters preferred. *2+ years audit experience in public or industry. *Great personality and ability to interact with clients. *Motivated, down to earth people work best in this environment. **For immediate consideration, we welcome resumes via email to a.spencer@searchsvc.com.
