Position Description:
-Close and prepare monthly financial statements and reporting package. -Assist as needed with quarterly Board Book forecasts and financial statement and projections. -Assist as needed with preparing support for the quarterly SEC financial statements (10-Q, 10-K, etc...). -Prepare, review and approve source documents and journal vouchers as appropriate, -Prepare monthly reconciliation for various GL accounts. -Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. -Problem solving issues -Other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
*5+ years general accounting and financial reporting experience from a medium to large company *Willingness to work in a sole contributor role initially with the opportunity for supervisory responsibility in the future *Attitude of ownership of work product and confidence and ability to interface with upper management *Prefer CPA or parts. **For immediate consideration, we welcome resumes via email to a.spencer@searchsvc.com.
