Position Description:
-Prepare all company SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Form 4, S-8, etc....) -Prepare financials and any supporting documentation needed for earnings release and related filings and disclosures. -Stay abreast of all relevant financial reporting-related SEC rules and regulations. Perform research, analysis, and implementation of new accounting and financial reporting rules and regulations (FASB, SEC, Etc.) including drafting the Companys position on significant accounting and financial reporting issues for review internally by Controller and CFO and by auditors. -Assist, as needed, with quarterly Board of Directors book including financial reporting, projections, etc... -Assume responsibility for and maintain the Companys SOX 404 internal control documents. Manage third party accounting firm for Companys testing of controls and coordination with Companys auditors for their attestation of controls. -Special reporting projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
You should have 5+ years of financial reporting and accounting experience in a public company and high-growth environment. Ideal candidate would have one to two years of public accounting experience in addition to the above noted industry experience.
